Personal Coaching

In a coaching relationship, you commit to meeting with your personal Living Well coach for 30-45 minute telephone sessions over a period of approximately twelve weeks. In your initial intake session we’ll design the details of the relationship and frequency of coaching sessions based on your objectives and needs.  Your coach will provide you with assessments and exercises that need to be completed during the course of your relationship, covering the key areas for living well: LifePerspective, LifeFocus, LifeBalance, and LifeStyle.

Your first coaching session is a 90-minute Living Well planning session,during which we will clarify your vision; explore values, strengths, and obstacles; set realistic goals; and develop a customized do-able action map to reach your destination.  

During subsequent coaching sessions, we'll make a pit-stop to check the map, review progress, try out new thoughts & ideas, explore strategies to get around obstacles, set new action steps, celebrate victories, and build a strong support structure for your longterm success.  Then you're back on your journey.

Personal coaching package includes:

  • Living Well planning session
  • Living Well coaching sessions, frequency as determined
  • Living Well assessment, change guide, reflection exercises & feedback tool
  • Short "spot calls" of five minutes or less between sessions as needed
  • Unlimited email support
  • Use of your own personal Wellcoaches website, if desired

Investment: Customized coaching package consists of $100 for the planning session and $39 per subsequent coaching session, billed monthly. Save 10% with a three-month commitment.   Special pricing for Living Well Community members. Contact us for more information.
